At the first official meeting of the Terrace Chapter of the Council of Canadians, the membership was challenged to organize itself by choosing a focus among the numerous national campaigns and action areas and local interests and concerns.  As a result, the Terrace Chapter decided to form three broad campaigns to organize its activities including: 1) Democracy, 2) Climate & Renewable Energy and, 3) Water.
